Did not honor pickup time she agreed to.
“The crib was great- no complaints there. She changed the time for drop off, which worked okay, so I let that go. For pickup, I specifically picked 6-8am so I could easily make a flight. The day before she asked if I could leave it in the lobby for late morning pickup. I told her that wouldn't work because I was traveling alone with my son, and could not get all the pieces down there on my own. She agreed and said she would be there at 8:00am. That did not happen. I had to call to check on the status, and she was extremely rude about it. The item was not picked up until close to 8:30, even after me stressing I need it gone by 8 at the latest, and why. The late pickup was bad enough, but she offered no apology, instead assuming an abrasive tone, as if I had wronged her. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend unless you have very flexible pickup and drop off times. ”
