5 Exceptional experience
“this was our first time using a baby gear rental service. We rented a baby walker and portable high chair. Communication with Jan was clear, timely, and efficient. They dropped the gear off right at our room with a text of a pic showing the drop off. We had to change our pick up time because we wouldn't be at the room, and they were more than accommodating to pick up early. They even added in a few toys for my two kiddos to play with, which they absolutely loved. Cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Highly recommend!”
