Independent Quality Providers (QPs) are the face of BabyQuip! They rent, deliver, and set up clean, safe, and insured baby gear at hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and private residences. They can even meet you at the airport!

BabyQuip QPs are gig-economy moms, dads, retirees, or best friend teams who enjoy our fun, flexible pathway to entrepreneurship. Quality Providers are motivated to launch and grow their own businesses, solve a real travel problem and help other families. Many of our 700+ QPs start their businesses with the gear they already own and build inventory as they get orders.

Every day BabyQuip customers tell us how QPs have come to the rescue to save their family’s vacation! In fact, 62% of parents say renting baby gear from BabyQuip saved their vacation!

BabyQuip Quality Providers have completed over 70,000 reservations since we started in 2016. We know how to take care of traveling families!

About Sarah Huff: BabyQuip Quality Provider serving Los Angeles County

Updated: What Is A Babyquip Quality Provider?

Sarah Huff is a hard-working mama who rents baby gear to visiting families and local grandparents and also cleans baby gear in Los Angeles county. She has been a provider since May 2015.

Day Job: Sarah is the Customer Service Manager for all of BabyQuip, Inc. Prior to that, Sarah was a stay-at-home mom to 2 rowdy boys.

Most Unusual Gear Request: Sarah’s most unusual request was to outfit and stage a rental property with EVERYTHING a baby might need for a customer who was visiting for 6 weeks! Whoa!

Most Fulfilling Rental: Sarah fondly remembers delivering a crib to a desperate mom in town for cancer treatment. Her rental promised a crib and did not follow through, leaving her sleepless with a tired baby! Those are the ‘feel good’ deliveries that many QPs cherish. Quality

Provider Business Setup: At BabyQuip, Sarah sets her own prices and delivery charges.

She commonly sets up gear for families at their destination and then takes it down on departure days. Although, she will also meet customers at the airport with gear, drop it off on doorsteps or at commercial businesses, (most recently at a dance studio!), or arrange to have them pick it up at her location. She’s flexible, just like most other QPs!

How Sarah got started as a Quality Provider

Quality Provider Car Loaded With Baby Gear

“As a new mom, we traveled for the first time with my 8-month-old son, and my mother-in-law rented all the equipment I needed from BabyQuip, so I could feel confident caring for the baby away from home! I met the founders and decided to help build the brand nationwide. I started the Los Angeles market in 2015 because I knew that this business was really helping families.

The more Providers I saw starting in Los Angeles and around the country, the more I saw BabyQuip become a household name. BabyQuip Providers all work together in the spirit of collaboration and I really love the support of the community. We are helping each other succeed. I love that.”

What Sarah has learned from being a QP.

Updated: What Is A Babyquip Quality Provider?

“I feel empowered by doing this. I’ve learned so much, about myself and about business. I’ve learned to think on my feet and problem solve in the moment. You never know what this side gig will throw at you, and a level head is important.

It may seem simple, but showing up with just the right baby gear, or educating a grandparent about choices in car seats for the most important little people in their lives, feels important to me.”Visiting Los Angeles?
