This particular Six Flags Park sits in San Antonio, Texas, and offers thrilling rides, entertainment, and tasty eats to guests of any size. Before you plan your trip, look below at our guide to visiting Six Flags Fiesta Texas with small children. Your little ones may not yet be tall enough to ride the 70 mph Iron Rattler, but they will have a blast hopping on kid-friendly rides and exploring all Six Flags Fiesta Texas has to offer!

The Park Grounds

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is divided into 8 main areas: Los Festivales, Spassburg, Rockville, Fiesta Bay Boardwalk, DC™ Universe (for DC comics fans), Thrill Seeker Park, Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District, and White Water Bay. Unlike some amusement parks where there is an area specific to children, Six Flags spreads out kiddie rides across the park grounds. Thrill Seeker Park has the most with 6 kid-friendly rides.

Check ticket prices ahead of time to get the best bang for your buck. There are a few ticket options, including season pass information and discounted tickets if you visit the park after a specific time of the day.

White Water Bay

One of the larger park areas is Six Flag’s water park, White Water Bay. It features many water rides, including four areas for young children who are not yet tall enough to meet minimum height requirements. These four areas are Bamboo Chutes, Lone Star Lagoon, Paradise Cove, Splashwater Springs, and Texas Treehouse. Texas Treehouse has plenty to climb on and mazes to navigate through. Splashwater Springs is great for little ones who need to stay in a shallow water space.

You can check out the minimum height requirements for water rides to plan ahead.
