2. Conde Nast Traveler

Conde Nast is a global media company with years of publishing experience under their belt and their Conde Nast Traveler magazine is super reputable when it comes to travel news and information. You’ll be reading up on the best destinations in Maine or the best Airbnbs near National Parks or how to travel in London like a pro. And the best thing? The subscription is super affordable. At only $10 for a year long subscription (print and digital), it’s totally worth it. Definitely a go to travel magazine.

3. National Geographic

National Geographic is not technically a “travel” magazine persey, but we’re all about it because it will definitely inspire some serious adventures! National Geographic (and National Geographic Traveler online) is well known for its content, photography, and detailed accounts of the world. After browsing through the magazine, you’ll be booking a tropical adventure in Tahiti before you know it! The digital version does have a travel section filled with awesome stories from around the world and various “guides” that are great resources.

Since we’re all about babies and kids here at BabyQuip, we also really love the images throughout National Geographic’s magazine. Your kiddos will enjoy looking at the photos of the world, exotic animals, beaches, and more. Want to really knock your kids’ socks off? What about purchasing a subscription to National Geographic Kids?!

4. Wanderlust

The name says it all! Wanderlust magazine, the self prescribed “Original Travel Magazine” is truly for the avid traveler. This magazine is full of amazing resources for international travel. It is a UK based company but fully accessible to international readers. Wanderlust has a lot of “real time” information about travel on a global level too. Travel advisories, restrictions, and updates are available on their website and with the digital subscription.

5. Lonely Planet

We’ve got some good news and bad news: Lonely Planet no longer offers a print magazine (bad news) but, they do offer amazing non-fiction print guides for kids (good news)! Yep! You heard right! You can find tons of travel guides written for little adventurers on The Lonely Planet’s Kids site. While these aren’t technically magazines, they will totally provide an awesome overview of various destinations with kids in mind. There’s even a travel blog specifically for kiddos! Even though there isn’t a magazine available, The Lonely Planet is still an amazing resource for travelers of all ages.

Ok, this may be an unexpected addition to this list BUT hear us out. Costco Connection is for Costco Executive members so if you aren’t an executive Costco member, then get on it! In every issue, you are guaranteed to find information about interesting travel destinations, helpful travel items (clothes, suitcases, etc.), and even deals on travel exclusively for Costco members.
