In order to use the Snoo with the app, you must have 2.4G secured wireless network. The app will not work with 5G or an open network. If the Snoo is not compatible with your wireless network it can still be used in manual mode. Please notify me prior to your delivery date if you need the motion limiter or weaning mode turned on in case you have to use the Snoo in manual mode.
