“Alissa was so sweet and helpful form drop off to pick up! We got to our house we stayed at and realized we didnt need the pack n play and the slumber pod. When I tried to cancel it she kindly let me know that babyquip poicy states you have to cancel in advance. I assured her I understood and she was so sweet that she brought our kids a box of books along with everything else we rented to make up for the fact that I couldn’t receive a refund. All the gear was clean and the wagon rental was perfect for the kiddos walks! We would definitely recommend her in the future. ”

“Alissa was an incredible vendor to work with as we were traveling from the Midwest for a week long family vacation in New England. She was easy to get in touch with, replied quickly and was able to roll with a last minute update to our delivery and pick-up. The crib and mattress were in great shape and gave our baby much better sleep than a week in her pack n play would have. I will definitely use Alissa again should another vacation in the area come up!”
