My airbnb got changed a number of times but she was so willing to change plans / drop off times to make sure I had everything when I needed it! Items were clean and in good condition. Saved us with a car seat!!
“We had rented a car seat from the car rental place but they didn't have a good option for my kid who's 18 months but bigger then a 2yr old. The one they gave us was way too small for him and he was super uncomfortable and had red marks from the straps. Luckily I found babyquip and Amanda had the extendofit car seat we use at home which gives my kid more leg room. We were able to pick it up first thing in the morning the next day and it really saved us all week. Amanda was easy to reach and get responses from. I was really happy with the whole service, we got exactly what we needed and it was available quickly and wasn't overly complicated and it was within a 20 min drive from where we were staying. We also got a feeding chair but didn't use it at all. The base didn't fit the wide chairs we had at the rental house. Would definitely rent again from Amanda and Babyquip!! Thankful for the service!! ”
