Monthly rate is based on a 28-31 day period. Rentals beyond 31 days will be prorated at the daily rate of $12.00 per day.

To set up, just unfold, place bottom board down, and place mattress inside. I love this crib! It comes with mattress, a mattress cover and 2 fitted sheets.
