Salt
I know it sounds funny, but you can dye salt and then the kids have a safer "base" to play with in a sensory bin!
It melts away easy if outside and makes for an easy clean up inside - that we don't have to worry about saving when your trip is over. This way, each family gets fresh, new sensory "sand" and we don't have to take from our beaches. Please be wary of your renters furniture, floors, countertops etc when using.
