2. Communication - During regular hours (8am-8pm), you'll never wait more than a few hours to hear back from us. In most cases, we'll get back to you within the hour.
3. Patience and Flexibility - Life with kids is unpredictable, especially when traveling. If your plans change, we'll do our best to accommodate you and your family.

“Dan was wonderful. I rented gear for a trip home to stay with grandparents for a few days-Dan made communication easy and even offered to text my mom (grandma) directly to set up drop off and pick up info so I didn’t have to be the middle man while traveling with a toddler. He checked in at least once during our trip to make sure things were going well. His baby gear was in great condition- we used a crib, high chair, baby gate, and a big box full of toys that Dan thoughtfully tailored to the interests of my toddler. The toys were the best part- my kid LOVED everything he picked out. We will absolutely use Dan again! ”
