Prompt & thorough communication = peace of mind!
“Parents (in this case grandparents) have enough to do with planning and managing a vacation trip with toddlers without wondering where to meet for the equipment rental and if it will be on time. Debbie contacted me by email immediately after I placed the order although it was weeks before the order was to be delivered. She noticed I was from outside the US and asked about communicating via text/phone in case this would have resulted in additional charges to my mobile phone account. Debbie confirmed my order details and advised she would contact me the day before the two child car seats were to be delivered - which she did promptly. She also sent me a text within a few hours after delivery to check if the car seats were working out okay, another text the day before we were to meet for the drop-off and finally a thank-you text after the drop-off happened. I really appreciated this prompt and thorough staying in touch, I had no information gaps about any part of the experience. Since we were arriving in Florida by air and renting a vehicle for our stay, and therefore could not drive anywhere without the car seats, the car seats were needed immediately upon our arrival and could not be returned until we arrived at the airport terminal. Debbie met us promptly at the departures door of the airport terminal and promptly again at the arrivals door for the drop-off. The airport was quite busy on both occasions but Debbie was not distracted by the traffic and focused on us. A really nice added touch was a welcome activities bag for the kids which was very useful for occupying the twins on the 50 minute drive to our hotel. I said in my reply to Debbie's thank-you text message that it was a pleasure working with a true professional through the car seats' rental experience, peace of mind for our grandchildren's safety and no stress for any of us. Thank-you again Debbie!”

“This was a GREAT experience. New seats, seamless pick up and drop off, great value for the week. Debbie knew where and how best to meet us after I picked up the rental car and we easily got the 2 kids strapped in and on our way. I've used this kind of service at several airports. Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Hawaii and this was the best of the bunch. Don't lug seats through the airport - this is the best hack. Thanks Debbie!”
