“I truly cannot recommend renting from Erica & her family highly enough. The pick-up point is extremely close to the airport (took me 6 minutes), the pick-up is simple, their communication is great, & the gear was perfect. But beyond that, we were stuck in a bad situation - our rental car location did not have the car seat they promised us, so we didn't have any way of transporting our son. Erica & her family were able to fix that problem for us by adding a car seat to the rental at the very last minute, and even helping me put it together/get the sizing right. They absolutely saved the day for us - a testament to how good they are as people, & how well-equipped they are as renters!!”
