5 “After my experience with Heidi and Chris, I can honestly say I was blown away and using BabyQuip is the ONLY way we will ever travel with our kids again! I cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely be using them and their services EVERY time we are back in Palm Desert! I was so hesitant to try this service but after reading review I reached out to Heidi with questions, and she was incredibly professional, kind, and quick to respond to all of my questions. I rented a crib, highchair, step stools, and two car seats for our vacation and the coordination and delivery of the items was absolutely flawless! Chris showed up at the car we rented to deliver the car seats immediately after we showed up, so there was no waiting or delay, the timing was amazing. And then best part, when we arrived at our VRBO, the other equipment we rented was already there and set up so we were able to just settle in and relax. For the returning of the items, Chris again showed up immediately at the departure area to collect the carseats and Heidi picked up all the other items from the VRBO... it was absolutely effortless for us and we cannot stop raving about this service and Chris and Heidi. If you are going to be traveling with your family to anywhere in Palm Desert, do yourself a huge favor and start your vacation out right by renting all of your baby/kiddo items from Chris and Heidi! You will absolutely appreciate the ease of traveling knowing your kiddos have everything they need and you have ZERO of the stress of hauling it all around. Sincerely, 100% recommend.
