“I was extremely worried about traveling with a newborn, particularly since we use a Snoo at home. It was such a relief to be able to rent a Snoo from Jackie! Drop off and pickup were both very easy, and Jackie loaned both a Snoo sack and a sheet to us (we did bring one of each of our own, which was a good thing because you never know about accidents). I highly recommend working with her!”

“If I could give Jackie more stars, I would in a heart beat!! Starting from drop off to pick up she was fantastic in not only the quality of the gear but the warmth and helpfulness of all her interactions. She went above and beyond to get us a stroller and that evening spent time messaging with me to ensure that it would best fit our three little ones since I had no experience with the brand. She then came by again the next morning to drop off more gear for the stroller that I chose to add on to the rental early the next morning with our hotel receptionist. On top of it all, she sent over instruction videos on how to use all of the attachments so that we could go out and about with our 5 month old, 2 and 3 yr old all on one stroller. Massively helpful. I would use her services again in a heartbeat if we find ourselves in the DC area. ”
