“I was Janelle's first customer! I picked her because she had both of the specific items I wanted and I'm glad I did! Janelle is so nice (like, can we be friends?) and responsive. She is quick to text back and quick to answer questions. The items I rented from her were clean and in great shape. No issues. She asked me if I needed any help with set up but I didn't. I rented the toy package and based on what I told her about my two kids, the toys she lent us were well received and enjoyed. She even threw in some books! We had an issue when I returned a booster seat (turns out, I somehow tucked a piece into it and we thought it was missing). She was so patient with me while my dad looked for the missing piece. She was so kind when I offered to replace it. (We found it so didn't need to.) All-in-all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JANELLE! I am someone who ALWAYS rents from people with tons of reviews and this time, I didn't because I had two very specific items and she was the only one that had both. I'm glad I "took a chance" on Janelle. YOU SHOULD, TOO! Responsive, patient, kind, helpful. The items were also perfect and clean. THANK YOU, JANELLE!!!!!”
