“I'm so glad I followed my gut and rented from Jazmin! I usually go with the options that have the most reviews and highest ratings when trying new services, especially when traveling with little ones. But I reached out to Jazmin by email on a whim when she came up on my search for equipment in South Bend. She responded almost immediately that she was available and could provide the crib and highchair we needed for our 1 year old. Our trip ended up being delayed a day and she worked with us to find time to deliver the items later than my initial reserved time. She was responsive, flexible and gave a lot of grace considering that we changed plans last minute. The high chair and crib were super clean and met our needs perfectly. She even gave us a bundle of clean sheets, a waterproof cover, and a basket of books to borrow while we were there. If you're in the area and need items for your stay, give her a shot. I certainly will if I'm back. Thanks again!”
