“Jessica was a lifesaver during my very first trip with my baby. After confirming my rental and in the days leading up to the trip, Jessica communicated with me to organize the delivery of my items. She was super personable and quick to respond, and also very encouraging to a worried mama traveling with a baby for the first time. Upon checking in to our hotel, Jessica brought my rental items up to the room, set everything up, and even adjusted the bassinet to the hotel bed and included extra linens and a rinser for the baby bath tub. All items were clean and in perfect condition. Jessica provided a detailed inventory list of my rental items along with her contact information so that I had a physical copy. As our trip started to wind down, Jessica texted me to arranged a pickup time within the timeframe that I selected and she arrived promptly to pick up the items. It was such a relief to not have to pack all of the baby equipment along with the many other things that babies need on a trip. We will absolutely rent from her again on our next trip to Lynchburg. ”
