“Kassie made our first rental on BabyQuip a breeze! She was very courteous and accommodating. We have a two yr old and a 10 wk old and wanted to go to Estes Park for a family hike and the toddler backpack we rented from Kassie made for a fun and convenient way to do so! We also used the backpack at the Denver Zoo which our daughter loved bc we didn’t have to take her in and out of her stroller to see the animals, she had the best view the entire time! She was very comfortable eating snacks and even comfortable enough to take a nap while in the backpack. Overall our family weekend was a tremendous success! Thank you Kassie for being so flexible and easy to communicate with!”
