Katie K is very flexible re pick-up and drop-off
“We rented 4 items (high chair, car seat, stroller and crib/playpen. All items were available when needed for our out of town visitors and their 2 year old. Everything was fairly clean and in good working condition. If there is an irritant is had nothing to do with BabyQuip but rather the High-Chair manufacturer. The legs are so far apart that practically everyone at one time or other stubbed their toes while getting by. Not a deal-breaker though :-) . I did have a bit of a problem installing the car seat, even went to the fire department and police for help (which by the way they no longer do because too many people are suing them as soon as something goes amiss) only to discover that the instructions in the book were unclear as to exactly where the car lap seatbelt ought to go. Once we figured it out everything was great - the actual seat is good quality. So, by an large if we ever need to rent child/baby equipment again I would have no hesitation to rent from BabyQuip's Katie K.”
