This stroller has been fitted with the frame brace provided by the manufacturer to correct the issues associated with the recent voluntary recall. I inspect it thoroughly before every rental and is safe for use. Manufacturers recommended weight limits when using two toddler seats is 45 lbs per seat and the basket weight limit is 25 lbs.

Also, the setup couldn't be easier — snapping on the Kit's adapters and 2nd seat takes less than 30 seconds.
What's Included: The 2nd Seat Kit comes with a Seat, Upper Adapters (to raise your 1st Seat and make room for the 2nd), Lower Adapters (to attach the 2nd Seat), Canopy, and attachable full-coverage Sunshade.
Size & Weight Limits: Unlike some other two-seat strollers, our top and bottom seats are exactly the same. So you can use both of them with children up to 45 lb. The max headroom from the seat to the canopy is about 20".
