“I rented a carseat for my travels. I have a 13 mo old so he is still rear facing. as advertised it was a Greco style carseat. I was very disappointed and disgusted when I arrive to see this filthy barely adjustable carseat. There was a nasty q-tip in the car seat, it literally looked like it was found on the side of the road. To top it off, the car seat is barely functional.. I could barely loosen straps enough to get them on. Thankfully we did not do much driving around! I gave a 4 star only bc she was very quick to responde and accommodated a change in our reservatjon time. I feel very disappointed in my first exerience with this company. I feel it was false advertisement on what you are reserving.. bc if i had seen a picture of this car seat.. i would have declined reserving and spending almost $40. I could have and should have packed mine for free and felt way more at ease. so disappointing. ”
