“Kristina is an exceptional provider!! I would rent from her all day, every day if needed. Unfortunately the renter before us didn't properly return her NEW double BOB stroller. We had a late night delivery schedule. The next morning we were leaving early for breakfast at Hollywood Studios. I knew it would be to late to find another rental. Kristina offered another stroller and modified our agreement at a lesser cost. Sadly after using it for the day, it wasn't a great fit for my daughter to be able to nap. Yes I rented a double stroller for one child. I wanted more space to carry our things, being a party of 9. The next park was Magic Kingdom. I knew I needed the BOB for that day. Kristina rented us a BOB from another provider and paid for it for the day. It was a game changer for us and my daughter slept comfortably! Unfortunately it was only available for the one day and we still had one more park to go. I bit the bullet and rented another from a different provider for that park because we had a much better experience with the BOB vs Graco. But Kristina made sure all the correct refunds were done with Customer Service. Even though our first experience with BQ, wasn't initially smooth, we would still rent again and be happy if it was Kristina. ”
