“We loved working with Maria. She delivered what looked like a brand new crib along with a mattress ready to go in a sealed/zipper bag! I had asked about an extra set of sheets in case we needed them and Maria didn’t hesitate, and said she will deliver another set. Within what seemed to be minutes, she was back with a fresh extra sheet set. Thanks for making this a seamless process, Maria!”
Flexible and responsive
“We rented a pack 'n' play and booster chair from Maria for three days. However, our travel plans were upset again and again due to airline delays and accommodation changes. Maria was responsive to my texts regarding all the changes, and flexible and understanding. She even dropped off the items at our rental at 11 PM for no extra charge! (even though we had originally booked for a midday self pickup.) The pack 'n' play and booster chair were in excellent condition, absolutely spotless, and Maria included the instruction manuals as well. The items were easy to set up and I felt totally comfortable with my baby's safety while using them. If we travel to Gainesville in the future, we will plan to rent from Maria again!
