“Mercedes was wonderful to work with. She was extremely easy to get in contact with before and during our trip. Her communication made the process clear and seamless. She also went out of her way to ensure we would be able to receive a crib during our travel dates even though she was going to be away the day we arrived. No one else was available in our area, so we were so appreciative of her willingness to help us and be so flexible. The crib arrived on time and was exactly as described.
