“We had the pleasure recetly to rent a bundle of gear from Naya for our trip to Brooklyn for the week. I initially started with two items but ended up adding a couple as we approached our travel dates. Naya has a lot of stuff which is fantastic and allows you to cover what you need in one rental. We also asked for an assortment of toys for our 1 & 2 year old and it was great! She had a bin full of fun stuff and the kids were absolutely delighted and always were busy playing with them any time we were in the hotel room. The drop off and pick up went super smoothly and I appreciate that she put in a bit of extra time during delivery to sort out that the hotel reservation was under my husband’s name instead of mine (so sorry about that!). Travelling with kids is a lot and I’m grateful for Naya’s help in making our trip a lot easier!! Thank you. I would absolutely rent from Naya again on our next visit. ”
Seamless Rental in NYC
“My rental was transferred to Naya when my original BabyQuip provider couldn't fulfill the rental. Naya was easy to reach and accomadating. She was able to provide items for me that weren't listed, and match items from my original provider. The items were waiting at the front desk when we arrived. The stroller acessories were in like-new condition. The stroller itself (Uppa Baby Vista) was definitely worn-- which is to be expected and not at all a bad thing, except for the handing/suspension was a little sticky and made maneuvering tricky. Additionally, the straps were uneven, and its such a pain to adjust stroller straps we just ended up leaving them as is. I wish the straps had been readjusted for us from previous users. None of this would stop me from renting from Naya again, I just don't think I would rent the Vista again. ”
