“I cannot say enough good things about Nicole! My husband, myself, and our three-year-old arrived in Charleston last Friday. Once there, we realized we left our travel toddler cot at home in Charlotte. I immediately went to Baby Quip and reached out to Nicole. She not only answered my text right away but delivered the inflatable toddler bed to our hotel within the hour. It was clean and had a bed sheet. She also let us borrow a Good Night, Charleston book that my daughter loved! We will definitely reach out to Nicole the next time we are in Charleston!”
