“Ross was an awesome lender for BabyQuip. We were bringing our 5 month old son to visit extended family over Easter weekend. Because our son isn't a fan of the car seat, we couldn't do our normal drive to Ohio but had to fly in. Not only was it going to be the first time we were flying with a baby, but the thought of bringing all of his stuff with us and checking that as luggage was just overwhelming to think about. BabyQuip provided an awesome service to rent these items instead of bringing it as checked luggage (which would have cost about the same, if not less, to rent). Ross stepped in when our original renters dropped out. Despite the sudden change, Ross was SO helpful and reassured me that I'll have all the items I'll need for the trip. He reached out immediately and was in touch before, during, and after the trip. He was on time at the airport and was super kind and accommodating of our flight times, even during Easter proper. We're so thankful that Ross was able to provide us all the things we needed for this trip. He gave us peace of mind that we desperately needed as first-time parents flying with an infant.
