“This was my first time ever renting baby gear and this experience was great! Serenity is, responsive, flexible, and honest. I rented a swing and stand a play activity center. Last minute, my husband and I decided it would be easier to rent a pack and play, rather than trying to travel with our own, and Serenity seamlessly added the pack and play to our order. My baby boy loved all his accessories and it made our trip all the more enjoyable and stress free. Working with Serenity was easy as she is friendly and personable.
