“we almost did not rent things for this trip, but decided at the last minuteit would be easier and we are so glad we did. Shawna made everything so easy! We got in late and she had the stuff at the hotel ready for us. It was clean, great condition and perfect to keep our 6 mo comfy and happy. Shawna even assured us the front desk at the hotel was expecting us, despite the corporate answering line at the hotel claiming they didn’t have a reservation for us. Would 100% use her for another trip!”
