Wonderful experience other than issues(?) with communication
“For what matters: The items were all in great, clean, high-quality condition and Stacie's prices and delivery fee were the most reasonable. She even brought a breastfeeding pillow I hadn't thought to look for when I reserved the items, which was SO appreciated. She was great helping get things in and set up in my Mom's house before our arrival, and she and my mom have been able to communicate easily to arrange a pick up. The only little issue: right after I placed the reservation, Stacie texted to confirm, which was great and reassuring. However that was the last time I was able to get a reply back about the reservation. She had offered an additional accessory to one of the items, and I asked a clarification about it THREE times over the course of about 2 weeks without an answer. She was right: the additional accessory she recommended would've been nice to have. I almost thought maybe my texts weren't going through or it was the wrong number, but she must have received my later inquiry about the breastfeeding pillow. So I'm not sure what happened with that, but Stacie's service hits all of the things that matter most, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others after determining the best way to communicate after placing a reservation. Thank you!”
