Worst experience I've ever had with a BabyQuip provider
“I have used BabyQuip services for the past 3 years for multiple children, in various states as well as Canada. I have had positive experiences each time, as well as exemplary customer service. This past weekend, however, has been the worst experience that I have had! And, has been the deciding factor as to why I will not be using this service again. This provider offered zero assistance in getting the crib to where it needed to be. I was on an overnight trip alone, with two very active toddlers and limited cell service. The provider offered no details as to pickup times and only contacted me when she was 10 minutes away asking me to bring the crib down to the front desk because she had her children with her. Her message stated that pick up time was in between 10 am and noon. The crib and mattress were returned to her car, in the parking lot, by me at 11:30 am. She proceeded to charge my credit card an extra fee without my knowledge. ”
