Quality Gear, Poor Communication
“The stroller/bassinet were in great condition. I loved that this reservation came with both the infant bassinet and the toddler seat so I could use the stroller with both older and younger kids depending on need. Unfortunately, communication with the provider left a lot to be desired. He was half a day late to deliver the items, and a full day late to pick them up. I had to initiate all contact - confirming details, checking in on timelines, asking for updates. For folks who are travelling or working with tight timelines, I'd reserve elsewhere - but maybe ok for folks with really flexible schedules. ”
