“Allison was incredible. I am a personal assistant and book baby gear rentals on behalf of my boss and his family. This can sometimes be nerve-wracking if there is any miscommunication or mishandling on the providers' side, so I'm always a little stressed that they'll get it right. Allison was truly beyond as far as service and communication goes -- she was 10000% on top of everything, was happy to coordinate with the Airbnb host as needed, helped with additional requests, and was so flexible with the changes we had. I have used BabyQuip for over 2 years for my boss's frequent travel and have had great experiences every time, and Allison topped all those experiences!
