Missing high chair, extra fees
“The high chair I reserved was not available, even though it was when I completed the reservation. A clamp-on-the-table was offered as a substitute, but that didn’t work for us at the house we were staying. So we ended up without a high chair for our trip. A $20 “surcharge” fee was added onto the hiking backpack for “morning delivery” which was from 8 AM to 10 AM. This doesn’t make sense to me, since we paid for an entire day of the backpack, but get charged $20 more to get it before 10 AM? The fees alone ended up nearly doubling the cost of the backpack rental for 3 days. ”
