For orders placed prior to the effective date, the cancellation policy that was in place at the time of your order will apply. 

At BabyQuip, we offer a family-friendly cancellation policy that balances flexibility for customers with fairness to our Quality Providers (QPs). If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and your reservation start time is more than 48 hours away, you'll receive a full refund, minus the BabyQuip service fee. For cancellations more than 24 hours before your reservation starts, QP delivery fees and surcharges are fully refunded, and any prepaid tip will also be refunded. 

To protect our QPs and ensure gear is available for other families, refunds for rental fees depend on when you cancel. Reservations with Cancel For Any Reason protection can be canceled up to the start time for a full refund of rental fees. Without this protection, refunds are based on the timing of the cancellation, with full rental refunds available if canceled 15 or more days before the reservation. 

Policies that apply to all orders:
All reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking with an original reservation start time more than 48 hours away will receive a full refund, except for the BabyQuip service fee. The original start date is the start date associated with your initial booking. All reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the original start time will have the Quality Provider delivery fee and Quality Provider surcharges refunded in full. Any prepaid tip will be refunded on any canceled order. If a Quality Provider cancels or removes a portion of your reservation for any reason, the BabyQuip service fee will be returned to you. 

Orders considered "last minute reservations" (orders created with less than 24 hours until the order start time) are ineligible for a refund. 

We have different cancellation policies based on whether you make a reservation with a US-based (including Puerto Rico) or non-US-based Quality Provider. 

US-based Quality Provider Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations placed 48 hours or more from the start date are eligible for Cancel For Any Reason protection. Cancel For Any Reason is an add-on protection that allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up until the original start time of your reservation. 
 

The cancellation policy is different if you opt not to add Cancel For Any Reason protection to your reservation. Without Cancel For Any Reason protection, once a reservation is made, the BabyQuip service fee is non-refundable (the service fee will appear as a separate line item at checkout). If you cancel all or any portion of the requested equipment rental services (including removing rental items or changing dates), you will receive a refund of all other fees and charges as follows:
