“No real issues, but I had to wait for a long time on both pick up and drop off which I have never had to do before. On pickup, the person delivering the seats had their phone die and Caroline had to get me their new number, and we waited for them for about 20 minutes at baggage claim before they arrived. At drop off, I let the person picking up the seats know that we would be at the airport at 12:45pm. They told me they would be there at 1:00pm, and then unfortunately got stuck behind a car accident and were further delayed. They were very kind to say we could just leave the seats at departures so that we wouldn’t have to wait any longer, as it would have delayed us getting to our flight on time. Overall not a problem, just unusual. ”
