“Erica is flexible, responsive and helpful. Exactly what you need when traveling with little ones! She arranged with our accommodations so that everything would be set up when we arrived and contacted us a couple of days after our arrival to see if we were ok. We were not sleeping well, so she came back and brought a blackout curtain at no extra delivery charge. Crib, sheets, diaper Genie, and black out curtain all in new and super clean condition. Thank you Erica!”

“Erica was so helpful and acommodating when we found out that our baby monitor was not working and we needed one right away. She was so patient to help us walk through what she had and can help us out with. This helped us feel safer with our babies when staying at a different place.
