Great Service - Poor Quality Quip
“I'm a frequent Babyquip rentor but this was my first time working with Juliana. Juliana was very friendly, responsive via text, and her rental was affordable. This was one of those "you get what you pay for" examples. I reserved 2 double strollers, 1 was for my toddlers and another for my young kids. When Juliana dropped off the strollers, she informed me that one of the strollers had a defect/damage - one of the two seats was missing a harness, so I was unable to fully strap in my child. While I understand I listed I have young children, I sometimes interchange the children between the strollers but this time I had to be mindful that one of the seats would not accommodate my 18-month-old child because he couldn't be harnessed in securely. As a mother, safety is super important, so this was unfortunate. Also, finding out about this at time of delivery is unprofessional. Moreover, the strollers were soiled and the top shade kept falling off the track when I was using it. I would have appreciated better quality equipment since my previous experience with other providers was superb. That said, Juliana was accommodating by adding a last-minute item to my rental (a pack and play) and that was in good condition. Juliana offered a better price on the rental than anyone else in the area so if affordable is what you're looking for, I definitely recommend her! If quality and reliable equipment are what you're seeking, you should look somewhere else. ”
