She even asked the genders of my children and provided them personal little things that they loved having all week. As a mother, it makes things so much easier being able to give your children comforting items when traveling. It makes the trip enjoyable and less for me to bring with us! She will absolutely be my first phone call the next time we visit Southern California!”

“Laura was very friendly and quick to respond. Stroller was in excellent condition. She was familiar with how to collapse and expand and was kind enough to demonstrate. She offered to be available during my travel if I had any more questions. She completely worked around my drop off pick in time requests. I got list meeting up with her and she was a sweetheart about my tardiness. Overall I had a great experience. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this service last Disney trip.”

“Laura was wonderful and our trip was a breeze! Her communication with me was appreciated and prompt. She brought us the stroller right when we needed it with the cutest little note attached. We had it for our trip (4 days) When we went out (first use) the breaks were not working, i wanted to keep her in the loop about her product and she got back to me right away and asked where we can meet and she would get me a new one. (That was so amazing, she was so willing to come out at the drop of the hat) I'm so grateful for her and the opportunity to rent at such a great price. I will definitely be using babyquip for future trips, and Laura when we are back in town. ”
