4.78 Won’t rent from her again
“This was my 3rd time renting from her. frist time was perfect, it was smootn transaction, the wagon was there when we arrived all was good. the 2nd time, the wagon was about an hour late, i get it stuff happens. this time, it was not only late, but the wagon we reserved was not available and we had to get another one which was not what we wanted. we specifically reserved a certain one for the seating. who ever dropped it off didnt tell us and we were waiting in the lobby until we finally texted and they said it was dropped off. great app, not so good service. ”
