Snoo generally don’t work on hotel Wi-Fi because they can’t connect to a 5G network. They require a 2.4GHz connection.


If you’re in a 5G network and want to connect the Snoo, you’ll need two cell phones. One will be used as a hotspot, and the other will be used to connect to the app.
