“As a first-time BabyQuip user, I couldn't have been happier with our experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and our rental equipment was waiting for us at the hotel front desk when we arrived, making the entire process incredibly quick, easy, and convenient. The equipment was clean, in great condition, and exactly what our family needed. It truly was a lifesaver and saved us from having to haul bulky baby gear through the airport and on vacation. Being able to travel lighter made our trip so much more enjoyable. I would absolutely use Kara again and highly recommend this provider to any traveling family. “Overall, we had a good experience with Kara. Kara and her husband gave us good customer service and they always responded in a reasonable timeframe in regards to communication. The only hiccups were the equipment we rented, a double BOB stroller and two stroller fans. We didn’t expect to get brand new equipment but the BOB we got has been used, A LOT. You can tell just by looking at it, seams fraying and coming undone. The parent cady with cup holders was so small we barely had room for our drinks and things we wanted to keep handy. Also, the stroller fans were completely dead when we got them, which wouldn’t be a problem except we didn’t receive any charging cords with the fans. I’m just glad my kid’s tablets use the same charging cords as the fans or we wouldn’t have been able to charge them. ”
