What You’re Renting

One Happiest Baby SNOO bassinet; our SNOOs include (1) organic Happiest Baby fitted sheet and (1) organic SNOO Sack in the size of your choice (Small, Medium or Large). Leg Lifters are available upon request!

Our SNOOs are not set up with the premium (paid) app. If you want to use the premium features you will need to sync the rental SNOO up to your paid subscriber account. You are free to sync our SNOOs up with your account, we just ask that you unpair the rental SNOO from your account at the end of your reservation.

We do provide instructions for using SNOO in manual mode, which is the most common mode we see used by renters. If staying in a hotel with managed WiFi, SNOO will not be able to connect to WiFi and will need to be used in manual mode (this is a known issue).

Our SNOOs are rented by delivery only. In 98% of our reservations involving a SNOO, we require that the SNOO is set-up by us so that it can be tested for full functionality before we depart. If renting the SNOO, expect that we will install it for you and go through how it works, before leaving. Self-pickup or Porch Drop-Offs of SNOO not allowed without prior arrangements with us!

Cleanliness & Care

Your infant’s health and safety are our top priority. This item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every rental in accordance with BabyQuip's standards and our own enhanced hygiene protocols.

Area between mesh dusted via vacuum/air compressor. Problem spots cleaned with blue Dawn dish soap. Overall wipe down with hot water + unscented Castile soap or Back to Basics ‘Cleaner than Clean’ sanitizer. Fabric areas steamed. Item bagged up to be kept dust-free during storage or transport.
