Public Wi-Fi networks (hotels, airports, etc.) that require a web portal login are not compatible. Do NOT book this for a hotel stay unless you are okay with just using presets, as yoru WIFI will NOT connect to the app.

Set-Up Support: I’m happy to set up your Hatch prior to your trip- please text me a screenshot of your settings and name upon bookinh 561-288-0006 . Please send me your exact preferred settings so I can program them in advance. That way, you’ll be able to use the Hatch without Wi-Fi if needed—simply by touching the device.

Important Note: I am not responsible for hotel connectivity issues. If you’d prefer, I also offer a simpler, touch-only sound machine option that doesn’t require Wi-Fi.
