Welcome to Charleston! I’m Penelope Hayes, a dedicated quality provider with the # 1 baby gear company, BabyQuip. I provide concierge level service, offering carefully chosen infant, toddler, and beach gear. I am a Mom and realtor and the lowcountry is my home. Having traveled often with my 3, I know how stressful it is to pack and transport everything you need. My top priority is to ensure you are receiving thoroughly sanitized high quality gear for your little ones. I work hand in hand with your rental host to arrange delivery before you check-in and I pick up after you have checked-out. I also offer free pickup if you prefer! I live on the way to the beaches! “Penelopes toys were such a hit!! I noted my son loves trucks and she gave us a whole tub full of trucks, tractors and firetrucks- my 2 year old LOVED them!!! All of the buttons worked and batteries were charged, toys and bedding were very clean. This was by far the best experience weve had ordering from BabyQuip, I’ll definitely use her again next time we are in the area. ”

Wide variety of age appropriate toys
“We rented a bassinet and baby bath for our 4 month old and a bin of toys for our 3 year old, and Penelope went above and beyond. The bassinet and bath were as listed, clean and great. But the bin of toys was an absolute hit. We described my son’s interests and Penelope provided toys and books related to just about every interest he has and then some! We loved having fun things for him to play with on our vacation, which made it super exciting to come home to our rental unit. Penelope clearly new what kind of toys would be exciting to a 3-year-old and she made our experience wonderful. We would rent from her again on another trip to the area!”
