Communication was great, everything was clean and in excellent condition, and drop-off and pickup were right on time. She truly went above and beyond when we realized our Doona was getting a little too snug for our son. She was able to accommodate us with a larger car seat and even met up with us during our trip to make the switch. It made such a difference, and our little guy was so much more comfortable for the rest of our travels! We were so appreciative of her flexibility and willingness to help. She made traveling with little ones that much easier! Highly recommend Katharine and would absolutely rent from her again!”
