“Ruth was communicative, prompt, and helpful. Therese who delivered and picked up the car seat on Ruth’s behalf went above and beyond in her delivery and pick up. She drove to our extremely difficult to find Airbnb located on a steep hill on short notice and was friendly and professional. She did the exact same with us for pick up meeting us right before our flight left at the rental car center. Would absolutely rent baby gear from them again. Thank you!”
