Hi! My name is Nicole I am from Puerto Rico. I’ ve always been passionate about serving hence the reason why my past endeavors and work experiences have been directly in customer service. But what got me here happened almost 5 years ago when my biggest wish and desire was granted, to be a mother. I am a mom of two kids who is always learning and adjusting.
