For Hotel Deliveries:

Please include the exact name on your hotel reservation and check-in dates. If time allows, we'll strive to have the gear ready upon your arrival.

For VRBO/Airbnb Deliveries:

• Please provide your host's name and contact information, or your access code.
• Choose your preferred delivery time (these are requests, not guaranteed).
• We will do our best to set up the gear for a "ready-to-use" environment before your arrival, with your host's approval and access.
• The process works best if I contact your host directly.
• If we cannot access the property at your requested time, we will leave the gear on the porch.

For Private Residences:

• Please provide the delivery contact's name and information, including any gate codes, guard gate instructions, or special delivery notes.
• Please indicate if someone will be present to assist with carrying the gear up stairs, if applicable.
• If no one is available to be home at the time of delivery, we will leave the gear on the porch.
